The recipient chooses
Nobody has to guess what someone else wants. The sender funds the reward and the recipient picks from the catalog - which is the single biggest reason a payout gets claimed instead of ignored.
We power gifting and payouts for businesses in more than 90 countries - built by the people who had to live with the alternative.

The core team. Most of us have run the operations side of this business before, which is why the platform has opinions about the things that used to go wrong.
We were not planning to build a platform. We were running a marketplace that moved tens of millions in gift cards a year, and the operational reality of that was nine supplier APIs that agreed on nothing, catalogs that never lined up, and reconciliation that lived in a spreadsheet.
The part that actually hurt was the silence. When a payment failed, we usually found out from the customer before our own systems told us. So we built the tooling we needed - one catalog, one balance, one ledger of everything sent and claimed - and it turned out to be the product.
Today that same platform reaches 5,000+ brands across 90+ countries, and any business can plug into it through a single integration instead of assembling the stack we had to.
“Gifting and payouts shouldn’t be nine vendors, a spreadsheet, and a late-night reconciliation. One platform, one invoice, access to global brands.”

Delivery is instant and digital. A reward that lands days after the moment it was meant to mark has already lost most of what it was for.
A recipient in Jakarta, Lagos or Warsaw should be as easy to pay as one down the road. That is the whole point of 90+ countries behind one integration.
GIFQ is operated by Gift Quest OÜ, incorporated in Estonia. We are based in Europe and work with businesses wherever they are.
