It is valid in Australia only and is not interchangeable with the separate Cotton On New Zealand or Cotton On USA cards.

Face values run from 20 AUD to 500 AUD, and any amount inside that range can be chosen, so you can match a reward budget exactly rather than rounding to a set denomination.

The card expires 3 years after purchase. Recipients present it as full or part payment for goods in store or online, and the amount is deducted from the card. Any remaining balance may be applied to a future purchase, and no change is given. The balance can be verified in store. The card should be treated like cash, as lost, damaged or stolen cards are not replaced or refunded.

Businesses can send this card from the GIFQ dashboard in bulk or issue it one at a time through the API.
