Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and in Vietnam its services are woven into daily life: ride-hailing, food delivery, groceries, and parcel delivery. A Grab Food Vietnam voucher gives recipients a practical reward they can use almost immediately on the Grab app, whether they order a meal from a local restaurant or pay for a ride across the city.
Vouchers are issued in Vietnamese dong with fixed face values from 10,000 VND up to 3,000,000 VND, including common amounts like 100,000 VND, 500,000 VND, and 1,000,000 VND. The voucher must be activated within a set validity period. It is a single-use code that cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Recipients redeem online through the Grab app. They tap the activation link, log in, choose 'Pick Your Gift', and save the e-voucher to My Rewards. The voucher applies to one specific Grab service in Vietnam, such as GrabFood or GrabCar. After redemption, it cannot be switched to another service or split into smaller denominations.
Businesses use Grab Food Vietnam vouchers for food delivery, ride-hailing, and on-demand services.
