Gift cards expire three years after the issue date, or earlier if the balance reaches zero. The card is partially redeemable, so a recipient can spend it across more than one purchase. It cannot be reloaded, is not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument. A lost, stolen or altered card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The issuer is Jay Jays Trademark Pty Ltd.
