The card is redeemed on the Just Eat website at www.just-eat.ch or in the Just Eat app, where it pays for food delivery from thousands of restaurants across Switzerland. The card comes in fixed amounts of CHF 20, CHF 30, and CHF 50, and it is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. The balance can be used in full or in part across multiple orders. This Swiss card is separate from the Just Eat cards for Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, so it can only be used within Switzerland.

A recipient in Switzerland redeems the card by going to www.just-eat.ch (or using the app), adding their meal to the cart, and at checkout entering the gift card number followed by # and the PIN, for example 6064254812345678901 #123456. Multiple gift cards can be used for a single purchase, and the card can be used until the balance is gone.

Businesses can send Just Eat Switzerland cards through GIFQ in bulk from the dashboard or one by one through the API, which is a practical way to reward a team or pay out meal perks to people in Switzerland.
