The card is issued in EUR with one fixed face value of 20 EUR. There is no open amount option, so orders are placed in multiples of that value.

Recipients hand the card to the cashier when paying for a purchase. The gift card is single use, meaning it cannot be partly redeemed with the remainder kept for later, and it can cover the full or partial value of a purchase. It holds no value until it is activated at the point of purchase, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is for Slovenia and is not interchangeable with the separate L'Occitane cards for Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
