This is the Canadian version of the Walmart gift card. It can be redeemed at any Walmart Canada store, on walmart.ca and on Marketplace, covering categories from fashion to furniture to food. The card is for Canada only and is not interchangeable with the Walmart USA card, which covers the United States and Puerto Rico, or with the Walmart China card.

Face values are in Canadian dollars, from CAD 5 up to CAD 500, and any amount inside that range can be issued, so recipient values can be matched to your reward or incentive budget.

In store, the recipient presents a printed copy of the card or shows it on a mobile device. At self checkout they select Gift Card as the payment method and scan the phone or printout. On Walmart.ca they choose Pay with Walmart Gift Card and enter the 16 digit card number and 4 digit PIN. For balance inquiries the recipient can call 1-888-537-5503. Gift cards are not refundable and the card must be present when used for payment.

Businesses can send this card to Canadian recipients from the GIFQ dashboard in bulk or one at a time through the API.
