About TripGift
TripGift is a travel gift card that covers flights, hotels, tours, car rental and digital media, with over 1.5 million options worldwide. Recipients book online at tripgift.com using a single code, making it a strong choice for rewarding employees, customers or research participants who travel, and it works in markets where local gift card choice is limited.
GIFQ currently offers TripGift cards for Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. There is also an EU card that covers nine countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands.
Each market is a separate card with its own currency, value range and expiry. A TripGift Germany card is in euros, while TripGift Japan is in yen, and neither can be used for the other country. Many cards allow any amount between a set minimum and maximum, for example from EUR 20 to EUR 5,000 in Germany, Austria, Belgium and several other European countries.
That separation matters when you pay people in different places. Choose the card that matches the recipient's country, and the amount will be in their local currency, with no conversion for them. The recipient books travel directly with the card, but the card itself is locked to that market and cannot be moved or exchanged.
Businesses use TripGift through GIFQ to pay earnings, incentives or compensation in each market's currency, or to reward teams and customers across several countries from one place. You can send cards in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API, and each card is delivered with the agreed value for that market.
The market pages list the exact amounts, currencies and expiry rules, so check there before you order. For example, TripGift Australia has a 36-month validity, while TripGift Canada has no expiry, and the EU card is valid for 5 years from first use. Details vary by market and are set out on each page.
