Is there really no platform fee?
Yes. There is no monthly fee, no per-seat charge and no minimum spend. The dashboard, the API and the full catalog are included.
How much do gift cards cost?
Most payouts cost face value. For bulk purchases, rates vary by brand, country and volume. We share per-brand rates under an NDA.
Is anything taken out of the reward?
No. The recipient gets the full value you send.
Is there a minimum order?
No spending commitment. Individual rewards have minimum amounts that depend on the product chosen.
How do we pay?
Fund a balance by bank transfer in EUR, USD or GBP. Enterprise programmes can also use SEPA or a corporate card, with invoicing.
What happens to rewards nobody redeems?
You see them in the dashboard. We agree how expiry and unused balances are handled before you start.
Are there setup fees?
Not for the standard setup. Programmes that need extra work get a one-off quote in advance.
