Acerca de GrabFood Indonesia
The GrabFood Indonesia card is a digital voucher for food delivery through the Grab app in Indonesia. It is one of the GrabFood markets along with Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore, and the card is only valid in Indonesia and not interchangeable with the sibling markets.
Cards are available in fixed denominations of 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, 100,000 and 300,000 Indonesian rupiah. The card is valid only for the GrabFood service in the Grab app, not for GrabMart or other Grab services, and it is for one-time use on a single order.
To use the card, the recipient clicks the activation URL on a mobile device or scans a QR code on a PC. After confirming their Grab account, the voucher appears in My Rewards in the Grab app. When ordering food, the voucher is applied to the order total.
Through GIFQ, a business in Indonesia can send these cards as payouts, incentives or compensation to individuals, or as rewards for a team or customers. Cards are sent in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API, giving a straightforward way to deliver value in rupiah.
