About GrabFood Indonesia
The GrabFood Indonesia card is a digital voucher for food delivery orders placed through the Grab app in Indonesia. It is one of four GrabFood market cards, and this version is valid only in Indonesia, not in Malaysia, the Philippines or Singapore.
Cards are sold in fixed denominations of 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, 100,000 and 300,000 Indonesian rupiah. Each voucher is valid for a single order on GrabFood only; it cannot be used for GrabMart, Grab rides or other Grab services. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts or promotions, and it does not cover small order fees or platform fees.
To redeem, the recipient clicks the activation link on a mobile phone with the Grab app installed and logged in, then confirms adding the voucher to their Grab account. On a PC, they scan the QR code with their phone and confirm the account. After redemption, the voucher is stored in My Rewards in the Grab app and applied when ordering from GrabFood.
