Mass payouts that give every recipient a choice

Pay users, creators and contributors across 100+ countries with one global payout platform. Send an amount to each person and let them choose gift cards, prepaid cards, digital products or crypto through our partners.

Recipients with reward amounts in dollars, euros and pounds, a gift card chooser with Netflix selected, and a list of reward emails marked sent.

Give people options they can use where they live

Your recipients may live in different countries and earn different amounts. GIFQ lets you offer a choice at redemption, with products and currencies suited to each market.

Your team manages the recipient list and funding. GIFQ handles delivery, verification and redemption, and keeps the payout status available in your dashboard and through the API.

Keep control of what people earn and when they get paid

Your platform remains responsible for the earning relationship. GIFQ handles the payout journey once your business has decided who should receive value and how much to make available. That distinction matters whether users earn cash, points, credits or another in-app balance.

Let each person choose how to redeem

Offer the products that fit your recipients and markets. You set the options; each recipient chooses at redemption.

  • Gift cards

Offer global brands and local retailers from a catalog of 5,000+ brands across 100+ countries. Availability and denominations depend on the market.

  • Prepaid cards

Give recipients an open-loop prepaid option where available. Supported regions, currencies and spending terms depend on the card programme.

  • Digital products

Let people choose game top-ups, e-pins and subscriptions from the same catalog, with delivery handled through GIFQ.

  • Crypto payouts

Recipients can choose crypto through our partners where available. The redemption flow presents the options and terms before they confirm.

From your payout run to their chosen reward

Explore GIFQ Send
  1. Create your payout run

Choose the rewards and branding, then upload recipients or use the payout API. Each person receives their own redemption link.

  2. Let each recipient choose

Recipients verify their identity and choose a reward from the options available for their country and your programme.

  3. Follow delivery and redemption

See sent, redeemed and unclaimed payouts in one place. Use the dashboard or status webhooks to keep your own records up to date.

Offer a useful choice for the people you actually pay

A global payout programme needs to work at the level of a real person, in a particular country, with a particular balance. Start with those recipients and confirm the products they can redeem, rather than assuming every catalog item is available everywhere.

Gift cards, prepaid cards and digital products

The gift-card catalog includes retail brands and eligible products such as prepaid cards, subscriptions and game top-ups. Country restrictions, currencies and denominations differ by product. The redemption catalog takes the recipient’s remaining balance and applicable minimums into account, so a low balance may have a smaller usable selection.

Crypto has its own redemption requirements

Crypto is a separate payout method available through our partners where supported. It requires an appropriate account setup and can involve further beneficiary details and identity verification. When a recipient commits to a method, that selection is locked; a single payout is not a balance that can be freely split between gift cards and crypto.

From completed work to a reward someone can use

Consider a platform where people complete microtasks and earn points. The platform wants to offer a practical redemption experience while keeping its own earning rules and account balances.

  1. The platform approves the value

The business confirms the work, applies its own points valuation and approves a payout amount. Points stay part of its internal ledger; GIFQ receives the monetary amount and currency for the payout.

  2. GIFQ delivers the choice

The recipient receives the redemption link and completes the required verification. They choose from the campaign’s available options, with product terms and denominations determining what the balance can buy.

  3. Both sides can follow the result

The recipient receives their chosen product, while the business follows the payout record. A remaining gift-card balance can be used for another eligible redemption, subject to the programme’s minimums and expiry.

Payouts for creators, influencers and gig workers

A payout timeline showing email delivery, the redemption page viewed and completed redemption

Give the people earning on your platform a way to use that value. Creator payouts, influencer rewards and gig worker payouts can all use the same setup, with local options for the markets you serve.

Use the API to automate payouts when earnings become available, or send scheduled batches from the dashboard. We’ll help you check the countries, payout options and minimum amounts that apply to your programme.

A European partner for cross-border payouts

GIFQ is operated by Gift Quest OÜ in Estonia. We help businesses plan payouts across Europe, Latin America, Asia and other supported markets. For gift-card orders, our card suppliers receive product and order details, not the recipient’s name or email; GIFQ handles delivery. Our privacy policy explains recipient data processing, GDPR and international transfers.

Payout operations that stay connected after launch

A complete setup covers how payouts are created, how the programme is funded and how your team finds an answer when someone asks about a payment. These operating choices matter as much as the first successful send.

Scheduled batches and automated payouts

The dashboard supports scheduled batches and occasional campaigns, while the API lets your system trigger a payout when earnings are approved. Single-method orders support up to 1,000 recipients. Campaigns combining gift cards and crypto currently require one recipient per order, which determines how larger runs are structured.

Follow delivery and redemption separately

The timeline distinguishes delivery activity from redemption. Your team can see which payouts still have unclaimed value and use status webhooks to update its own records. Keep the business’s payout decision linked to the recipient record so a support question can be traced without repeating the payment.

Funding reflects the products and currencies involved

Account funding supports the payouts your business creates, with catalog rates applying to the products redeemed. The payout currency and the chosen product’s denomination can differ; the redemption experience shows the usable options. Recipient minimums depend on the products and programme, rather than one amount applying to every payout.

Expiry and unclaimed value remain part of the record

Payouts have an expiry and unclaimed value remains visible in the operational record. The programme defines expiry settings, the treatment of those funds and support responsibilities. An email delivered, a redemption started and a reward fulfilled are different outcomes, giving operations a more precise picture than a single sent total.

Is there a payouts API?

Yes. Create a payout order with your recipients and amounts, and GIFQ handles delivery, verification and redemption. Status updates return through signed webhooks, with retries when your endpoint is unreachable.

Can I automate payouts in gift cards?

Yes. Trigger a payout from your own system when a user is ready to cash out, and let them choose the brand at redemption. GIFQ Send supports up to 1,000 recipients in a single-method order, with additional orders for larger runs. Orders offering both gift cards and crypto currently support one recipient.

Does this work for creator and gig payouts?

Yes. Creator platforms and businesses paying gig workers can offer gift cards, prepaid cards and crypto, depending on the markets and products available. We’ll confirm coverage and minimum amounts for your recipients before launch.

Can you review our business category before we integrate?

Yes. Tell us what your platform does, who earns on it and where you operate. We’ll review the business and the proposed payout programme before you commit to an integration.

What does it cost to send?

There is no platform fee. Catalog rates depend on your products and volume, and any programme setup work is quoted in advance. Recipients receive the full face value of the gift card they redeem; product and payout minimums still apply.

What happens to payouts nobody claims?

Unclaimed payouts remain visible in your dashboard so you can identify recipients who have not redeemed and follow up. We’ll explain expiry settings and how unclaimed value is handled when setting up your programme.

Can recipients take crypto instead?

Yes, through our partners where available. Crypto appears alongside other redemption options so the recipient can choose. Crypto funding for your business account can also be arranged on request.
