About B&B HOTELS Germany
The B&B HOTELS Germany gift card is aimed at businesses that want to give people in Germany a practical hotel benefit. B&B HOTELS is one of the largest budget hotel chains in the country, with over 165 locations. The hotels are a common choice for business travelers and short trips, offering essentials like free Wi-Fi, Sky TV, air conditioning, soundproofed windows, and a breakfast buffet.
The card is issued in euros and comes in fixed amounts of 25, 50, 75, 100, or 250. It is valid for three years from the date of issue, so recipients have a good window to use it for a business trip or a personal holiday. This card is only for hotels in Germany and is not interchangeable with the B&B Hotels Austria card.
To redeem, the recipient clicks the redemption link that comes with the card to see the card details. They then use those details as payment when booking a stay at any B&B HOTELS in Germany. The card functions as a prepaid voucher, covering the cost of the room and services up to the card's balance.
Through GIFQ, you can send this card to recipients in Germany as part of a reward program, an employee incentive, or a customer thank-you. Perhaps you need to compensate research participants in Germany for their time, or you want to give a team member a night away after a demanding project. Cards can be issued in bulk from the GIFQ dashboard or one at a time via the API, making it easy to integrate into your existing processes.
If some of your recipients are in Austria, you should send them the B&B Hotels Austria card instead, which is a separate product with its own redemption terms and no expiry date.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Review the expiry information shown and the brand’s instructions. Check whether redemption requires an account or a particular channel. Deliver those instructions with the reward so the recipient knows how to use it.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
