Only in Germany, on the Blau mobile network. The recipient must have a Blau prepaid SIM card and be physically able to dial the redemption number or send a USSD code. The credit cannot be used on any other network or for anything other than Blau mobile services.
How does the recipient redeem the credit?
They dial 1155 free of charge and follow the voice prompts, or enter a USSD code of the form *103*16-digit code# and press the call button. The 16-digit top-up code is printed on the voucher they receive from you.
What amounts are available?
Fixed amounts of 15 EUR and 30 EUR. There is no option for a custom amount within that range. Both amounts are loaded as Blau prepaid credit and do not expire.
