About Blizzard Austria
Austrian gaming enthusiasts recognize Blizzard for titles like World of Warcraft, Overwatch, and Diablo. This card adds Blizzard Balance to a recipient's account, which they can spend on games, in-game items, and services. It's a practical way to give someone in Austria the choice of how they use the value, instead of picking a specific game for them.
The card is issued in EUR and available in fixed denominations of €20, €50, and €100, with no expiry. There is no custom amount option. Recipients must be of legal age to use Blizzard Balance.
To redeem, the recipient goes to blizzard.com/code, creates a free Blizzard account or logs in to an existing one, and then enters the code. The balance is loaded immediately and is ready for any Blizzard purchase. This process requires an internet connection and acceptance of the Blizzard End User License Agreement.
This card is specific to Austria and cannot be used with the Blizzard EU card or cards for other countries like Germany or Switzerland. If you're sending to multiple markets, you'll need the appropriate card for each.
Businesses use the Austria card for payouts to Austrian earners, rewarding a remote team, thanking customers, or compensating research participants. GIFQ lets you send these cards in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API, without the overhead of physical gift cards.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Review the expiry information shown and the brand’s instructions. Check whether redemption requires an account or a particular channel. Deliver those instructions with the reward so the recipient knows how to use it.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
