Both cards expire 12 months after purchase, but note that the eGift must first be exchanged for a physical Qanz gift card at AZADEA store cashiers, except at F&B and KIKO Milano locations. After that exchange, the physical card remains valid for two full years.

A card from one market cannot be redeemed in the other, so you need to match the card to where each recipient is based. If your list spans both countries, send Qatar cards to recipients in Qatar and UAE cards to recipients in the UAE.
