About Build A Bear UAE
The UAE card gives recipients an hour or two of hands-on fun at Dubai Festival City Mall. They choose an unstuffed animal, add a heart and a wish, and dress it in clothes and accessories. Since the store is the only place this card works, it makes most sense when your recipients live in or can easily reach Dubai.
This card is denominated in UAE dirhams and can be set to any value between 50 and 5,000 AED. It stays valid for 12 months after issue. The full balance must be spent in one visit; there is no option to carry over credit or combine it with another payment method.
To redeem, the recipient shows the eGift Card at the Build-A-Bear Workshop store in Dubai Festival City Mall. They can then build their plush and pay with the card. Online purchases are not supported, and the card cannot be used at any other Build-A-Bear location.
Through GIFQ, you can send this card to people throughout the UAE for many reasons: a bonus for a team member who has children, a customer thank-you, or a payout for someone who has completed work for you. The card carries the feel of a gift rather than a payment, which can improve how the transaction is received.
There is also a Build-A-Bear Qatar card for use in that country, valued in QAR. The two are not interchangeable; each card only works in its own market. If your recipient list covers both countries, you would issue separate cards in the correct currency for each.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Review the expiry information shown and the brand’s instructions. Check whether redemption requires an account or a particular channel. Deliver those instructions with the reward so the recipient knows how to use it.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.

The card is redeemable only at the Build-A-Bear Workshop store in Dubai Festival City Mall. It is not valid at any other location or online.
What currencies and amounts are available?
The card is issued in UAE dirhams (AED), and you can select any amount from 50 to 5,000 AED.
How long does the recipient have to use the card?
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, it expires and cannot be extended or exchanged.
