GIFQ offers Carluccio's cards in two separate markets: Qatar, where the card is denominated in Qatari Riyals, and the United Arab Emirates, where it is denominated in UAE Dirhams. Each market is its own card with its own currency, amount range, and expiry. A card issued for Qatar cannot be used in the UAE, and vice versa. In Qatar you can send any amount from 50 to 4,900 QAR; in the UAE you can send any amount from 25 to 5,000 AED. Both cards are valid for 12 months from issue.
Both cards are part of the Shukran eGift Card program operated by Landmark Group. Recipients can use the card at Carluccio's restaurants, cafés, and foodshops in the country where the card was issued. The cards can be partially redeemed, and up to five cards can be applied to a single invoice. They cannot be exchanged for cash. For full redemption rules, store locations, and participating brands, the recipient checks the Shukran website in their country.
When you send a Carluccio's card through GIFQ, you choose the market that matches where your recipient is. If you are rewarding a team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, select the UAE card in AED. If you are paying research participants in Doha, select the Qatar card in QAR. Recipients who travel between the two countries should receive the card for the place where they will spend it.
