About Cashlib
Cashlib is a prepaid payment voucher that behaves like a prepaid credit card but asks for no personal information. For a business sending rewards or payouts to people scattered across countries, that anonymity is the whole point. The worldwide version is denominated in euros and accepted at online stores and websites that list Cashlib as a payment method. It is a multipurpose online payment token rather than a store gift card, flexible but requiring the recipient to find a merchant that takes it.
The voucher is available in four fixed EUR amounts: 10, 20, 50 and 100. Custom amounts are not available. The terms do not specify an expiry period, so vouchers remain valid as long as Cashlib operates. To pay, the recipient selects Cashlib at checkout and enters the unique code to deduct the amount from the purchase. The code is single-use and consumed entirely, so if the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the recipient needs another payment method to cover the difference.
This card is marked as available worldwide, but the practical footprint is defined by which online merchants in a given country accept Cashlib. In many regions the brand is not well known, and recipients may struggle to find a shopping site where they can spend it. It is not a physical-store card, and not a gift card for a specific retailer. A business considering Cashlib worldwide should be confident that recipients know how to find Cashlib-accepting merchants.
This worldwide Cashlib card is not interchangeable with the CASHlib EU card. The EU version is restricted to 27 European countries and issued in EUR 10 and EUR 20 with a three-month expiry. The worldwide card is a separate product with different face values and cannot be used in place of the EU card.
Through GIFQ, you can send the worldwide Cashlib voucher to employees, contractors, research participants or customers in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API. It fits situations where a business wants to pay people in many countries without collecting bank details, and where recipients are comfortable using a prepaid code online. For teams mostly based in the EU, the CASHlib EU card may be better because its partner network is concentrated there.
