About CashtoCode GHS
CashtoCode GHS is a cash voucher for Ghana, redeemable at partner retail locations across the country. Recipients get a code they can turn into physical cash or use in-store, depending on the partner. This is a practical option when your payouts or rewards need to reach people who prefer not to use a bank card or mobile money for this payment.
You can send between 75 and 1000 Ghanaian cedis, in fixed amounts of 75, 175, 350, 700, or 1000 GHS. The voucher does not expire, so recipients can redeem it when it suits them.
A recipient uses the voucher by presenting the code at a participating CashtoCode location in Ghana. The code can be redeemed in full only, and it cannot be split across transactions. Buyers should tell recipients to keep the code private and to use it at an authorized partner.
This card is issued for Ghana and cannot be used in other countries or converted to another currency. If you send payouts to people elsewhere, you will need a different CashtoCode market card.
Through GIFQ you can send CashtoCode GHS in bulk from the dashboard for things like a one-off thank-you to customers, or integrate the API to automatically pay out earnings and rewards to people in Ghana. The fixed denominations make it easy to standardize a payout amount across a group.
CashtoCode is a good fit for recipients who want cash flexibility without sharing bank details. If your recipients need to spend online or in locations far from a partner store, a gift card for a specific retailer may be a better choice.
