It is accepted in over a thousand physical stores across the country, plus Myer, Kmart, Officeworks, and Target online.

Coles is one of Australia's two major supermarket chains, and Myer is the country's largest department store group. Putting both on one eGift Card removes the need to guess whether a recipient would rather have groceries or something from a department store. The group also includes Kmart and Target, two discount retailers with broad product ranges, and Officeworks for workplace supplies. If your audience is Australian, the card is familiar, flexible, and easy to use.

The card is issued in Australian dollars and comes in fixed amounts of 25, 50, 100, or 200 AUD. There is no option for arbitrary values between those points. It expires four years from issue. Recipients can check their balance and expiry online or by calling 1300 304 990.

For redemption, the card works at all Coles Supermarkets, Myer, Target, Kmart, and Officeworks stores in Australia, and online at Myer, Kmart, Officeworks, and Target. It cannot be used at Liquorland or Shell Coles Express. It is not accepted at Coles online grocery business or Kmart New Zealand. It has no cash redemption and cannot be used for credit card or store account payments.
