Damas has been a recognised name in Middle Eastern jewellery since 1907, with a network of stores across the GCC. A Damas gift card gives the recipient a reason to visit a store and choose something for themselves, from everyday pieces to more significant purchases. GIFQ offers Damas cards in two markets: Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. The Kuwait card is issued in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD), while the UAE card is issued in Emirati dirhams (AED). Amounts, expiry, and redemption rules differ by market, so check the market pages for details. For example, the Kuwait card can be loaded from KWD 10 to KWD 500, while the UAE card ranges from AED 100 to AED 5,000.

Each market has its own card, and a card purchased for one market cannot be used in the other. If you are rewarding a recipient in Kuwait, choose the Kuwait card; for someone in the UAE, choose the UAE card. The currency and store network follow the market, so the recipient can redeem at any Damas store within that country.

Damas cards are sent digitally through GIFQ, either in bulk from the dashboard by uploading a recipient list, or one at a time through the API for automated payouts. This works well for businesses that need to send rewards across several markets from one place, such as a regional team bonus or a customer promotion running in both countries.

Damas is a strong choice when the reward should feel personal and tangible, rather than a generic online voucher. It is less suited to recipients who do not visit physical stores, since redemption happens in person. Consider whether your recipients are likely to visit a Damas store before choosing this card.
