About EB Games Australia
EB Games is Australia's largest video game retailer, with 377 stores nationwide and a wide range of new and preowned games, consoles, accessories, and pop culture merchandise. For a business sending rewards to people in Australia, this card is a direct way to give them something they can use at a familiar high-street brand.
The card is issued in Australian dollars, with face values of 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, or 500 AUD. There is no expiry date and no fees, and the card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Recipients can use the card in any EB Games or Zing store in Australia, or online. They can check their balance at a store, by calling 1800 207 084, or on the EB Games website. If a card is lost, stolen, or damaged, the remaining value can be replaced with the original purchase receipt.
This card is only for Australia. EB Games Canada is a separate card for the Canadian market, and the two are not interchangeable.
Through GIFQ, you can send this card in bulk from the dashboard for employee rewards, customer incentives, or research participant compensation, or issue it one at a time through the API for payouts to Australian earners or affiliates. It is a practical option when you want to give recipients the freedom to choose their own games or gear.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Use the brand’s instructions to prepare a clear handover to the recipient, including any account or redemption-channel requirements. Ask our team about expiry if it is not listed, then include that information with the reward.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
