Cards are issued in Australian dollars with set face values from $10 to $300. You choose from fixed amounts: $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250 or $300. Every card expires 36 months after issue, so recipients have three years to book.

Recipients can redeem the card at any endota spa in Australia towards any product or service, or online for endota products. It cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-refundable, and is treated like cash: if a card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. The card cannot be split across multiple transactions if that would leave a balance you want to keep; treat it as a single-use value.
