About Faces UAE
Faces is a well-known beauty retailer across the Gulf, carrying fragrance, makeup and skincare from a wide brand selection. The UAE card, however, is one of the more limited versions: it works only at three physical stores, two in Dubai (Dubai Hills and Mall of the Emirates) and one in Abu Dhabi (YAS Mall). For recipients who live or work near those malls, it is a straightforward beauty treat.
The card is sold in UAE dirhams, from AED 50 to AED 5,000. You can choose any amount within that range, so it works as a small thank-you or a substantial gift. Each card is valid for 12 months after issue.
Redemption is in store only. The card is intended for a single purchase up to the full value, and it cannot be used online. Because the card details are digital, the recipient can show them on a phone at the register. Once issued, the card cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded.
This UAE card is not interchangeable with the FACES Saudi Arabia card, which has its own currency and wider redemption options. If your recipients are in the UAE, this is the version to order through GIFQ.
GIFQ lets you issue Faces UAE cards in bulk for an employee reward or a customer loyalty gesture in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The API is useful when you need to send a card automatically after a specific action, such as a completed task or a service review, without manual handling.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Review the expiry information shown and the brand’s instructions. Check whether redemption requires an account or a particular channel. Deliver those instructions with the reward so the recipient knows how to use it.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
