About FlystayGift Japan
FlystayGift Japan is a travel gift card for booking flight and hotel packages online at flystaygift.com. The card gives Japanese recipients access to 450 airlines and over 800,000 hotels, villas and apartments, so they can build a trip that suits their needs. This card is for Japan only and cannot be used with FlystayGift editions for other countries.
You can set any face value from JPY 10,000 to JPY 500,000. The card is valid for 12 months from issuance, except for cards issued to residents of North America, which do not expire.
To redeem, the recipient registers on flystaygift.com, searches for a flight and hotel package, and at checkout pastes the eGift code in the redemption field. Up to two eGift codes can be used per transaction, and any remaining balance can be paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Through GIFQ, you can send FlystayGift Japan in bulk from the dashboard or one card at a time through the API. This works for paying out earnings to contractors in Japan, rewarding a Japanese team, or giving customers a travel incentive.
Note that all website content, customer service, tickets and eVouchers are in English. Gift cards and eVouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Use the brand’s instructions to prepare a clear handover to the recipient, including any account or redemption-channel requirements. Ask our team about expiry if it is not listed, then include that information with the reward.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
