Frisby Colombia gift cards

Frisby is Colombia's largest chain of breaded chicken restaurants, with more than 200 locations in 50 municipalities. That footprint makes it one of the most widely available restaurant rewards in the country: most recipients will have a Frisby nearby, even outside the biggest cities.

This card is issued in Colombian pesos and holds a fixed amount between 20,000 and 100,000 COP. It is a single-value card, so you pick one of the available amounts when you send it. You can send 20,000, 30,000, 50,000 or 100,000 COP, and each card you send can have a different value.

Recipients redeem the card in person at any Frisby restaurant in Colombia. They simply mention that the code is part of the Frisby and El Kiosco del Regalo alliance before paying. If the purchase is more than the card value, they pay the difference with another accepted method. If it is less, the card can only be used for the stated value, so the remaining balance is lost in that transaction. The card cannot be used for home delivery or exchanged for cash.

Through GIFQ you send Frisby cards to individuals or groups in a couple of ways. You can upload a list from the dashboard and send each person their own code, or integrate with the API so cards go out as part of a payout flow. Common uses include rewarding a sales team, thanking customers, or compensating research participants across Colombia.

Because Frisby is a physical restaurant chain, this card works best for recipients who can visit a location. It is less suited to a fully remote workforce or anyone expecting to order delivery. The card is only valid in Colombia and cannot be used in other countries.
