About GoPay by Gojek Indonesia
GoPay is the digital wallet inside the Gojek app, the platform that many people in Indonesia use every day for transport, food delivery, shopping and bill payments. A GoPay top-up sent through GIFQ lets a recipient add funds to their own registered GoPay wallet and spend them at Gojek services or participating merchants across the country.
The card is issued in Indonesian Rupiah and can be loaded with any amount from 50,000 to 20,000,000 IDR. If the recipient has an unverified GoPay account, the wallet balance is capped at 2,000,000 IDR. A verified account can hold up to 20,000,000 IDR, and monthly incoming transactions cannot exceed 40,000,000 IDR. The top-up does not come with a separate expiry date; funds become part of the wallet and are subject to GoPay's own rules.
Recipients redeem the top-up online. They need a registered GoPay account and a mobile number linked to it. After the business sends the card, the recipient clicks the 'TUKARKAN' button, enters that phone number and the credit arrives in their wallet in real time or at most within one business day. GIFQ is not responsible for any input errors, so it is worth reminding recipients to check the number.
