About Grab Thailand
The Grab Thailand card is an electronic voucher for use only in the Grab app. It is denominated in Thai Baht with fixed values of 100, 150 and 300 THB. The card has a validity of 60 days from the date of purchase, and it cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or expired.
Recipients in Thailand click the redemption link to view the card details and then use the voucher within the Grab app for transport services. The card is non-cash and non-transferable, intended for the recipient named on the card. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
For businesses, this card is useful for paying out earnings, incentives or compensation to people in Thailand. It works for rewarding teams, customers or partners based there. Through GIFQ, you can send these cards in bulk from the dashboard for large groups, or one at a time through the API for individual payouts.
This card is exclusive to Thailand and is not interchangeable with Grab cards for Malaysia, the Philippines or Singapore. Those markets have their own currencies and terms. For recipients elsewhere in Southeast Asia, you would use the relevant Grab card for that country.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Use the brand’s instructions to prepare a clear handover to the recipient, including any account or redemption-channel requirements. Ask our team about expiry if it is not listed, then include that information with the reward.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
