The Grotto USA gift card works at any participating Landry's, Inc. or affiliated location in the United States, which includes Grotto restaurants as well as other Landry's brands. Cards are issued in US dollars and can be loaded with any amount between $5 and $500. There is no expiry on the balance, so a recipient can save the card for a special occasion or use it across multiple visits. The terms confirm the card holds no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Recipients present a printed eGift card or show the card number on a mobile device at the time of payment. If the restaurant cannot scan the barcode, the server keys in the number and verifies the balance. The full amount stays on the card until it is used up, and it can be applied to food and drink at any participating location.

Grotto is known for homemade Italian cooking in a trattoria-style setting, with a menu that changes by season while keeping long-time classics.
