Redemption happens in person at any WINNERS, HomeSense or Marshalls store across Canada. There is no online redemption. That makes this a good choice for recipients who live near these stores or already shop there, and a less practical one for a fully remote group spread across the country. Standard store return policies apply, and the card is not reloadable.

One rule worth knowing: the balance cannot be redeemed for cash outside Quebec, and cannot be used to pay a credit account. In Quebec, balances up to $5 are refundable. The card value is not replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission, so tell recipients to treat it like cash. Recipients can check their balance at any store or on the TJX Canada brand websites.
