Huawei UAE gift cards

Huawei's UAE gift card is a HUAWEI Points top-up: the recipient adds the balance to their Huawei account and spends it inside Huawei's apps. That means AppGallery purchases, Cloud storage, Video and Music subscriptions, Themes, and GameCenter items. It is a digital reward that suits people already using Huawei devices and services in the UAE, and it is less useful for anyone who expects a general-purpose prepaid card or a physical store voucher.

The card is available in two fixed amounts: 5 AED and 10 AED, sold in UAE dirhams and usable only in the United Arab Emirates. The balance is added once to a HUAWEI Points account and expires two years after redemption, so recipients need to top up before that window closes.

To redeem, the recipient opens Settings, goes to Account center, then Payment and purchases, then HUAWEI Points, and chooses Redeem. The card is single-use: once the points are credited, the card is finished. Some Huawei apps may not show HUAWEI Points as a payment option, in which case those apps do not support this currency.

Through GIFQ, a business can send Huawei UAE cards to recipients in the UAE by email from the dashboard, in bulk when paying out earnings or thanking customers, or one at a time through the API when a user completes an action. It works for small thank-you amounts, research incentives, or a lightweight reward for app testers and beta users.

This card is tied to the UAE. It does not work in other countries, and Huawei gift cards issued for other markets are not interchangeable with it. If your recipients are outside the UAE, you will need a different card.
