JD.com China gift cards

JD.com is one of China's largest B2C e-commerce platforms, known for authentic products, fast delivery through its own logistics network, and a wide range of electronics, home goods, apparel, and groceries. A JD.com gift card is a practical choice for rewarding or paying people in China, because most recipients already shop on JD and appreciate the flexibility to choose something they actually want.

The card is denominated in CNY and available in fixed amounts of 10, 30, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 5000. There is no expiry date stated in the terms. It can only be used on jd.com and only for products sold directly by JD, excluding books, virtual products, pre-sale items, sales items, investment items, duobao island, JD International, JD Pharmacy, and items sold by third parties or restricted by law.

To redeem, the recipient logs into jd.com, adds eligible products to their cart, and at payment selects Use Discount, then Gift Card, and enters the card PIN to bind it to their account. Multiple cards can be bound, and up to 49 JD E-cards can be used per order. The card can be combined with coupons and JD full-reduction promotions but not with a Jingdong Card. If the order exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another method.

Through GIFQ, businesses can send JD.com gift cards to employees, customers, research participants, or partners in China. The card is well suited for sales incentives, employee rewards, customer appreciation, and research compensation where recipients are based in China.
