Krispy Kreme redemption happens in person at a retail store. The card is a treat rather than general-purpose money, so it works best for recipients who can visit a location and enjoy doughnuts or coffee. In the US, the card is also accepted through certain features on KrispyKreme.com, but it is not valid at grocery or convenience stores.
