The Lazada Vietnam gift card is a versatile reward for people who shop online in Vietnam. It works on the Lazada website and mobile app, covering the net price of items across a wide catalogue that includes electronics, fashion, home appliances, toys, and sports equipment. Certain products are excluded: SIM cards and related accessories, mobile top-ups, online recharge services, infant formula for children 0-3 years, baby bottles and accessories, all milk products, and some third-party services like shipping fees.

You can buy fixed denominations of VND 100,000, 200,000, 500,000, or 1,000,000. There is no stated expiry date. Recipients enter the eGift code as a discount code on the Payment Confirmation page. The card is one-time use per registered Lazada customer and any remaining balance is not refunded or exchangeable for cash.

The card is specific to Vietnam and cannot be used with Lazada cards for Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, or Thailand. It does not cover shipping fees or products from certain third-party sellers.

Through GIFQ, businesses send Lazada Vietnam cards in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API. Use it to pay out earnings to Vietnamese freelancers, reward a sales team in Ho Chi Minh City, thank customers, or compensate research participants. If a recipient voluntarily cancels an order after applying the code, the eGift is forfeited.
