Lucardi gift cards

Lucardi is the largest jewellery chain in the Netherlands, selling affordable jewellery and watches from high-street stores and online. For a reward or payout, it gives recipients something tangible they can choose themselves: a ring, a watch, or a pair of earrings at a price that doesn't feel out of reach. It works well for thanking a team, recognising a customer, or compensating a research participant who might not treat themselves to jewellery otherwise.

GIFQ offers Lucardi gift cards in two markets: Belgium and the Netherlands. Each market has its own card and its own page with local details. Both cards are issued in EUR, with any amount between €5 and €150 allowed. A card bought for Belgium is not redeemable in the Netherlands, and a Netherlands card cannot be used in Belgium, except that the Belgium card works online at lucardi.be and lucardi.nl, and the Netherlands card can be used in stores in both countries. If your recipient is in one of these markets, choose the card for that market.

Recipients can spend the card in Lucardi stores or online. The balance can be used across multiple purchases and combined with other Lucardi gift cards. There is no expiry date, so the value remains available until it's spent. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

For businesses, Lucardi is a straightforward way to send a personal reward in two European markets from one place. You can send payouts, incentives, or customer rewards in bulk from the GIFQ dashboard, or issue cards one at a time through the API. Someone in Antwerp and someone in Amsterdam can each receive a card in their own currency, with the same brand, without extra setup.

Because Lucardi's range is fashion-led and affordable, it suits recipients who are likely to enjoy browsing physical stores or the webshop. It is less suitable if you need a card that can be spent widely across categories, or if your recipients are outside Belgium and the Netherlands.
