McAlister’s USA gift cards

The McAlister’s USA card is issued under the Mix It Up program, so recipients can use it at McAlister’s Deli as well as Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s. That makes it a flexible food reward for teams, customers, or research participants across the United States, where these brands together operate over 3,800 locations.

You can load any amount from $5 to $200 in USD. The card has no expiration date, and the balance stays available until it is fully spent. It is not reloadable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law. The card is issued by Focus Brands Rewards, Inc.

A recipient redeems the card by presenting a printed copy or showing it on a mobile device at the cashier of any participating location. The card works for in-store purchases only; it is not usable online. Because it is a multi-brand card, the same balance can be split across visits to McAlister’s, Cinnabon, or any of the other participating chains.

Businesses often send this card through GIFQ to cover a team lunch at McAlister’s, to thank a customer with a treat, or to pay a research participant with a meal they can choose themselves. You can order cards in bulk from the GIFQ dashboard, or issue them one at a time through the API.

There is no sibling version of this card for other markets. It is valid only at participating locations in the United States and carries a USD balance.
