About Mix It Up USA
Mix It Up is a multi-brand dining card that lets the holder choose among seven well-known U.S. chains: Auntie Anne’s pretzels, Carvel ice cream, Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, Jamba smoothies and bowls, McAlister’s Deli sandwiches, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s. For a business sending rewards or payouts to people across the United States, this card avoids the guesswork of picking one restaurant. The recipient can use it for a quick snack, a lunch, or a full meal depending on which brand they visit.
The card is issued in U.S. dollars with any amount between $5 and $200, and there is no expiration date. That flexibility makes it practical whether you are sending a small thank-you or a larger incentive. Because the balance never expires, recipients can save it for a time that suits them.
Recipients can redeem the card in three ways: in-store at participating locations, online through a brand’s website, or in a brand’s app. The digital card must be presented at time of purchase, either printed or shown on a mobile device. The terms state the card is usable up to its balance for goods at participating U.S. locations, is not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Buyers should treat it like cash once it is delivered.
One practical note: Mix It Up is redeemable only in the United States and does not cover every location of each brand. If your recipients are in Canada or elsewhere, this card will not work for them. Within the U.S., it is a broad but not universal option; checking that your recipients have a participating location nearby is a sensible step before choosing it for a nationwide campaign.
Businesses send Mix It Up through GIFQ in the same way as any other digital gift card: you can send in bulk from the dashboard to a list of recipients, or one at a time through the API. Common uses include paying out incentives to participants across the U.S., rewarding a field sales team, thanking customers after a purchase, or recognizing employees who work in offices near these restaurant brands.
