About NFL Shop USA
The NFL Shop gift card is for the football fan who wants official league merchandise, not just any sports apparel. It works only at NFLShop.com, the league's online store for jerseys, hats, sideline gear, and collectibles from all 32 teams. For a US-based business, it is a useful way to reward employees, customers, or research participants who follow the NFL. The card has no physical-store use, so it suits recipients who are comfortable shopping online.
Face values are fixed at $10, $25, $50, and $100 in US dollars, with no expiry date on the card itself. The card is redeemable only in the United States and cannot be used on international NFL shop sites. Unlike some retail cards, the full balance is not required in one transaction: any leftover amount after a purchase is stored in the recipient's account and applied to the next order at NFLShop.com.
A recipient shops on NFLShop.com, adds items to the cart, and enters the card number and PIN at checkout. The value of the card is deducted from the merchandise total, and the recipient pays any remaining balance with another method. The card cannot be used for cash, and its terms allow NFL Shop to hold or cancel cards if they suspect fraud or a mistaken denomination. Sales tax is not charged when buying the card, though the merchandise itself is subject to standard tax rules.
Through GIFQ, a business can send NFL Shop cards in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time via API. This works well for a sales team incentive in the US, a thank-you to loyal customers, or a payout to study participants who prefer football merchandise. Because the card is limited to online redemption in the US, it is not a fit for international recipients or anyone who prefers in-store shopping.
There are no sibling markets for this card, so it can only be used on the US NFL Shop site in US dollars. That is a point worth checking before ordering for a mixed group.
From product selection to delivery
For a direct order, your business chooses this product, its value and the quantity. Review the card details alongside the recipient’s needs before including it in a bulk order or an integration.
Check the market and value
The card details show the values and currency for this product. Use those to choose an amount that fits your budget and the recipient’s market. For a different country, explore the brand’s other market listings.
Prepare the recipient’s instructions
Review the expiry information shown and the brand’s instructions. Check whether redemption requires an account or a particular channel. Deliver those instructions with the reward so the recipient knows how to use it.
Choose direct ordering or recipient choice
If you need this particular card, order the selected product and value through the dashboard or API. If you want the person to choose the brand, confirm the options available for that payout before presenting the selection.
Start with a small order
Test the flow with a small order and keep its reference. Check the status before repeating a request that appears delayed. In an integration, connect the GIFQ order to your own record so your team can follow up on delivery questions.
