The credit is issued in euros in fixed amounts of 15 euros, 20 euros and 30 euros. This is the German market card and is not interchangeable with O2 United Kingdom.
To top up, a recipient calls the free voice menu on 5667, selects 1 for account top-up, enters the 16-digit top-up code and confirms with #, then waits for the balance announcement. The code can also be entered on the handset keypad as *103*, the 16-digit code and #, followed by the green call or send key, with a booking confirmation arriving by SMS.
