Each market operates as its own card: an Australian card is valid only in Australia and is denominated in Australian dollars, while a New Zealand card is valid only in New Zealand and uses New Zealand dollars. Amounts, expiry, and redemption rules differ between the two, so check the individual market pages for details.

For example, in Australia you can load any amount from 10 to 4,999 AUD, giving you flexibility to match exact reward values. In New Zealand, fixed denominations range from 20 to 250 NZD, and the card is valid for 36 months. Australian cards have no stated expiry, but both cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are treated like cash if lost.

To choose the right card, look at where your recipients are. Sending an Australian card to someone in New Zealand won't work. When you have recipients across both countries, you can order a mix of Australian and New Zealand cards through GIFQ and distribute each in the appropriate local currency.
