About PBteen® USA
PBteen is Pottery Barn's line for teenagers, with furniture, bedding and decor sized and styled for a teen's room rather than a nursery or a formal living room. A PBteen gift card works well when the recipient is a young person who cares about their space, or a parent who would rather pick out the beanbag than guess at the right desk lamp. The card is issued by Williams-Sonoma and also spends at the other Williams-Sonoma brands: Pottery Barn, pottery barn kids, west elm, and Williams-Sonoma.
Cards are available in any amount from $25 to $200, in US dollars, and they do not expire. They can be used in stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, online at pbteen.com, or by phone with PBteen or the other Williams-Sonoma brands. A recipient redeems the card by entering the card number and PIN at online checkout, or by printing the card page to present in a store.
This US card is not interchangeable with PBteen cards issued for other markets; it is limited to the United States and Puerto Rico. For a remote team with people outside those countries, it would be the wrong choice. Within the US, it covers the Williams-Sonoma family, so a recipient who is not a teenager can still find something at west elm or Pottery Barn.
GIFQ lets a business send this card as a payout, reward, or thank you, in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API. If you compensate US-based research participants or pay earnings to contractors in Puerto Rico, this card gives them a practical, spendable reward. For a UX study with teen participants, a PBteen card feels more tailored than a generic prepaid card, and the Williams-Sonoma brands give parents a fallback.
One rule to keep in mind: the card is treated like cash and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to an account, unless the law requires it. Williams-Sonoma does not take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen cards, so recipients should store the code as they would cash.
