About PIECES
PIECES is a fashion brand that focuses on everyday clothing and accessories with a clean, Scandinavian look. For a business choosing a reward or payout, PIECES is a good fit when the recipients are likely to appreciate clothes they can wear regularly, especially younger women or anyone who prefers simple, versatile pieces. The brand is well known in the Nordics, where it sits alongside everyday fashion options, and a gift card to PIECES is a practical way to give someone an item of their choice rather than a fixed product.
GIFQ offers PIECES gift cards in four markets: Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Each market card is issued in that country's currency: Danish kroner in Denmark, euros in Finland, Norwegian kroner in Norway, and Swedish kronor in Sweden. This means a recipient in Helsinki receives a card in euros and can spend it at PIECES in Finland, while a recipient in Copenhagen gets a card in Danish kroner for use in Denmark. No card works across borders; what is bought in one market is only valid there.
Amounts are set per market. For example, in Denmark you can issue any value between DKK 100 and DKK 3000, and in Finland any value between €10 and €400. Each amount is chosen by you at the time of ordering, so the same programme can pay a modest thank you in one country and a larger bonus in another. Expiry also varies by market, so check the individual market pages before you commit.
Because each market is separate, choosing the right card comes down to where the recipient is located. If someone lives in Sweden, order the Swedish card; if they are in Norway, order the Norwegian one. It is not possible to send a single card that works in multiple countries, and a card bought for one country cannot be transferred or redeemed in another. If you have recipients spread across the region, you can order cards for different markets in the same GIFQ workflow.
Through GIFQ, you can send PIECES cards in bulk from the dashboard when you are paying a team or a group of research participants across the Nordics, or issue them one at a time through the API when a payout is tied to a specific event, like an affiliate commission or a compensation payment. The cards are delivered digitally and are denominated in the recipient's own currency, which keeps the payout simple for the person receiving the gift.
Choose the card’s market first
This is the brand’s overview page. The options above are products for different markets; open one to review the details that apply to your order.
Start with where it will be redeemed
Choose the option for the country where the card will be used. Each listing has its own redemption coverage, making it easier to find the right product for recipients in different markets.
Compare values and conditions
Currencies, denominations and terms can differ between products from the same brand. Review each market page and its instructions before deciding your selection or calculating the program budget.
Organize orders by product
For a program covering several countries, prepare the product, market, value and quantity needed for each group. Confirm your account pricing and delivery flow before moving from a test to a larger order.
Decide who chooses the brand
With a direct order, your business selects the card. If you would rather let each recipient choose, explore recipient-choice payouts and confirm the products supported for your program.
Frequently asked questions
Which countries can I send PIECES gift cards to through GIFQ?
GIFQ offers PIECES gift cards for Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Each country has its own card in the local currency and can only be used in that country.
Can a PIECES card bought for one country be used in another?
No. Each PIECES market card is only redeemable in the country it was issued for. A card for Sweden cannot be used in Denmark, for example, and the currency stays fixed to the issuing market.
How do I know which PIECES card to order for a recipient?
Choose the card that matches the country where the recipient will use it. If the recipient is in Finland, order the Finland card in euros; if in Norway, order the Norway card in Norwegian kroner. There is no cross-border card.
What amounts can I set on a PIECES card?
Each market has its own range and any amount within that range can be chosen. For example, Denmark allows DKK 100 to DKK 3000 and Finland allows €10 to €400. Check the individual market page for exact values and currency.
How long is a PIECES gift card valid?
Validity varies by market. In Denmark the card is valid for 48 months, and in Finland, Norway and Sweden the card is generally valid for four years from issue. See each market page for the precise expiry.
Can I send PIECES cards in bulk or through the API?
Yes, GIFQ supports both. You can order PIECES cards in bulk from the dashboard to reward a group, or send them one at a time through the API for individual payouts. Each card is issued for the recipient's market.
