About Prenatal
Prénatal is a European retailer for expectant parents and families with young children. Its stores carry clothing for babies and children up to 8 years old, nursery items, toys, feeding products and care essentials, along with services for new parents. A Prénatal gift card gives recipients the flexibility to choose what their family needs, from a first outfit to a stroller accessory.
Through GIFQ, you can send Prénatal cards in four markets: Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal. Each market is its own card with its own currency, amounts and rules. A card bought for one country is not redeemable in another, so you need to select the market that matches each recipient. All cards are issued in euros, but the available amounts differ: Spain offers a single 50 EUR card, Italy has fixed values from 10 to 250 EUR, the Netherlands allows any amount between 5 and 150 EUR, and Portugal has a fixed 25 EUR card.
Validity also varies by market. In Italy the card expires 12 months after issue, while the Portugal card is valid for 2 years. The Spain and Netherlands cards have no listed expiry date, meaning the balance remains available until spent. For exact amounts, redemption steps and other details, check the individual market pages.
As a payout, this card suits recipients who are parents or who work in fields related to childcare, family support or early years. It may also fit broader employee or customer rewards when the group includes many families, but in some markets Prénatal can be a specialist retailer rather than an everyday brand. If your recipients are in several of these countries, you can send the right market card to each person from the same GIFQ dashboard, or automate delivery through the API.
A common use is sending bulk rewards to a team spread across the Netherlands and Spain, where each recipient automatically gets the card for their own country. Another is a one-off incentive for a research participant in Italy or a thank-you for a customer in Portugal. Because the cards are digital, they can be delivered without physical handling and used according to the rules of each market.
