About RentacarGift USA
RentacarGift USA is the American edition of a car rental only gift card. Recipients in the United States can use it to book a rental vehicle from a network of 500 car rental providers, including Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo, Dollar, Budget and Sixt, at airport locations across the country. It functions as a dedicated travel allowance: it covers car rental bookings and nothing else, so it is not a general travel voucher or a cash substitute.
You can issue the card in US dollars for any amount from $20 to $2,500, with no fixed denomination steps. That flexibility allows you to match a small customer thank you or a substantial travel payout for a business trip. The card has no expiry date, so recipients can hold it until they actually need to rent a car.
Redemption is online only at rentacargift.com. The recipient registers for an account, searches for a rental, and enters the details of every person involved in the booking. At checkout they paste the eGift card code into the redemption box, accept the terms, and confirm the order. A maximum of two eGift card codes can be used per transaction, and if the rental cost exceeds the card balance, the recipient must pay the difference with another payment method. The card can only be used for a new individual booking made on RentacarGift; it does not apply to existing reservations or other travel services.
This card is valid only in the United States and is not interchangeable with the RentacarGift cards for Canada, the United Kingdom, Argentina, or any of the other 35 markets. If you need to reward people in multiple countries, you would order separate cards for each market.
