Shukran gift cards

Shukran is a gift card from Landmark Group that works across many of the group's retail brands, so one card covers everything from clothes and shoes to beauty, accessories and home furnishings. For a business, it is a practical reward because the recipient can choose what they actually want, instead of receiving a product they may not need, and the card can be spent in a single transaction or several.

GIFQ offers Shukran in four markets: Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Each market has its own card and currency, with amounts set in BHD, QAR, SAR or AED. In Bahrain, any amount from 3 to 450 BHD can be loaded, while Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE use fixed values from 25 up to 1000 in the local currency. All cards are valid for 12 months from issuance and are redeemable at participating Landmark stores and websites in the market where they were bought.

A Shukran card bought for one country will not work in another. If you are paying or rewarding people in several of these markets, you need to order the card for each recipient's country. Pick the market that matches where the person lives and shops; if they are in Riyadh, send the Saudi Arabia card in SAR, and if they are in Dubai, send the UAE card in AED.

Shukran is used through GIFQ to pay out earnings, incentives or compensation to people in each market in that market's currency. It also works as a reward for employees, customers, research participants, affiliates, creators or partners. You can send cards in bulk from the dashboard or one at a time through the API, making it useful when you have recipients across the Gulf region but want to manage everything from one place.

The card is a flexible choice within its category. Landmark Group is a major retailer in the Middle East, so most recipients will find something they like among brands such as Centrepoint, Max, Home Centre, Babyshop and Splash, depending on the country. It is not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash, but it can be spent in multiple transactions until the balance runs out.
