The card is issued in euros with fixed amounts of 10, 50, and 100 EUR. It is valid for 6 months from the issue date, so recipients need to complete their booking within that window. The security PIN delivered with the card has a longer validity of 12 months, but the card itself expires after 6 months. Plan accordingly if your payout or reward schedule often runs late.

Recipients redeem entirely online. They click the redemption URL to view the security PIN, copy it, log in, and enter the PIN to access the gift card. Once inside, they can save or download the card details and shop on the Smartbox Spain website. No physical card is needed, and the whole process works on a phone or computer. The card can only be used for purchases on the Spanish Smartbox site.
