The card is denominated in US dollars and can be loaded with any amount from $50 to $1,000. It is used only in the United States and only for Soothe services. There is no stated expiration date, but it is a single-use code tied to the booking, so a recipient should redeem the full value in one appointment.

To use it, the recipient books a massage through the Soothe app or on www.soothe.com, choosing from options like Swedish, prenatal, or couples massage. At checkout, they enter the gift card code and PIN in the 'Apply Gift' section. The card is not valid for cash and cannot be split across multiple bookings if the balance is not fully used.

Through GIFQ, a business sends Soothe cards in bulk from the dashboard or one by one via the API. Common uses include rewarding a remote sales team spread across the US, thanking customers after a large purchase, or paying research participants when an in-person wellness break is more meaningful than cash. Because the service is appointment-based and requires the recipient to be physically present at a US address, it suits recipients who live or travel within the country.

If you need to reward people outside the United States, this card will not work. Soothe cards are issued per market, and this one is limited to the US.
