Sultan Kuwait gift cards

Sultan is a familiar Kuwaiti grocery chain, known locally as 'Your Neighborhood Grocer'. For a business sending rewards or payouts to people in Kuwait, a Sultan card is a practical choice: it covers everyday essentials from groceries to household goods, in stores across the country and online.

The card is available in fixed amounts of KWD 5, 10, 20, 30 and 50, and expires 6 months after issue. It is redeemable at any Sultan location in Kuwait, on the Sultan website, or through the Sultan App. The card works for multiple purchases until the balance is used up.

Recipients can check their balance and track partial redemptions on the Sultan customer account page or by calling the store's support line. The card is not redeemable outside Kuwait and cannot be exchanged for cards usable in other countries.

For businesses, GIFQ sends Sultan cards to recipients in Kuwait in bulk from a dashboard or one at a time via API. It suits thank-you rewards for local customers, small team incentives, or research compensation where recipients appreciate a practical everyday option.

The main limitations are the 6-month validity and the KWD 50 maximum, which makes it better for small to medium rewards than for large payouts. If your recipients are outside Kuwait, choose a different card for their market.
