SurpriseFactory Belgium sells experience gifts rather than physical presents. The catalogue includes tasting menus, workshops, and activities like dining at a height of one hundred metres. For a Belgian recipient, this card is a way to let them choose an outing that suits them, from a set of options on the Belgian site.
Cards are issued in EUR with fixed face values from 20 to 300. A buyer can choose 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 or 300. The card does not expire, so the recipient is not under time pressure to book an experience.
To redeem, the recipient goes to the page for experiences on surprisefactory.be and enters the code during checkout. The code is applied to the selected experience. There are no extra steps such as printing or calling a booking line mentioned in the terms.
This card is only valid for the Belgian site. A separate card exists for the Netherlands with different amounts, and the two are not interchangeable. If you have recipients across both countries, you would need to order both cards.
